No. You can order your scooter to any location, including hotels, public parks or shoping centers.
No. We deliver and pick up from different places.
You will receive a written one-page introduction with your scooter.
If you wish to get a personal introduction, please let us know by phone or email.
For longer renting periods, the scooter must eventually be recharged. We deliver you the recharging equipment. You can recharge at any plug socket, preferably over night.
Order your scooter online or by phone. After completion of the booking process you will receive a confirmation email with all the details (Delivery and pick-up time and place).
The bill will arrive in a separate email. The email contains a link to the payment instructions for wire transfer or you can pay online by credit card. Absolutely secure!
You can not pay the scooter at delivery nor by cash.
Your payment should arrive no later than one day prior to delivery.
Cancellation free of charge is possible until 24 hours before the start of the rent. Payments already made will be refunded. Cancellation after this time will be invoiced with a 1-day charge.

In ordert to test a scooter, you must rent one. If you decide to buy a scooter, you will receive a brand new model after your rent. A 1-week rent price will be deducted from the price as a discount.
